Final Sale Policy

All sales at Finesse Republic are final.

We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at republicoffinesse@gmail.com  with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item only, subject to availability.

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

All items sold on Finesse Republic are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items


European Union Customers

Customers in the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

However, Finesse Republic does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Where a claim is approved, resolution will be provided strictly through replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
